Being overweight increases risk of certain types of cancers, results in musculoskeletal problems and can impact academic success. Our youth are the fastest growing population to become obese, which can lead to a lifetime of chronic disease and illness. Let’s Go! - EMHS is a step in the right direction to turning this trend around.
